In Infino Legal, we prioritize security. By implementing ISO 27001 standards and providing training to all employees, we raise security standards. Additionally, we have introduced new data leak protection – two-factor authentication.
For what purpose?
We increase the level of trust in the identity of the user attempting to log in, making us more secure. In practice, we add an additional component required during login. In the event of a hacking attack, even if the password is stolen, the attacker would still need the additional component, which is in your possession.
In Infino Legal, we have introduced time-based generated codes, meaning a new one-time password is generated on the user’s application/phone every 30 seconds. One-time passwords consist of 6 characters.
To enable this security feature, from the main menu on the right-hand side, select “My account” ➡️ “Security” ➡️ “Activate Two-Factor Authentication”.
Then click “Continue”.
Follow the instructions provided in Legal Infino:
- If you have the Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or a similar app, you can use it. If you do not have any app, we recommend the Twilio Authy app (available for free on Google Play and the App Store). Install it and scan the QR code. <links>
- Enter the code from the app.
- After saving, you will receive a confirmation message.
At any time, you can disable two-factor authentication by going to your profile and clicking on the “Security” tab.
IMPORTANT! If you receive an email message about logging in from abroad or information about attempted login to your account from another device, and you are not trying to log in yourself, please urgently contact customer support.
