To check an employee’s statistics, follow these steps:
- From the menu on the left side, go to the “Office” tab, and then click on “Employees”. This will display all the employees in the office.
- Click on the “Details” button next to a specific employee. This will show the profile of that employee.
Next to the employee’s photo, you will find useful profile information, such as their phone number, email address, and other additional details.
On the employee’s profile, you can access information about:
- the cases in which they are an assistant/advisor,
- the entities they represent,
- uncompleted tasks,
- created templates,
- notifications.
Below this information, you will find the employee’s notifications. Unread notifications are highlighted in blue. You can click on any notification to see its content. If the notification is not addressed to you, it won’t be marked as read.
