If you have completed a proceeding and do not want the project to appear on the list of proceedings, you can archive it. In this case, there will also be no charge for handling the proceeding in the system during the settlement.
To mark a case as concluded, follow these steps:
- Go to the specific proceeding.
- Then, click the icon with three dots in the Proceedings tab (next to the header indicating the type of proceeding) and select “Edit”.
- At the bottom of the screen, check the box next to the information “Completed proceeding (final report has been submitted)”.
- Finally, click “Save”, and the proceeding will be moved to the archive.
You can find completed cases by clicking the “Filters” button, selecting “All” under the status option, clicking “Show results”, and entering the name of the proceeding in the search bar.
Remember that you can always restore a proceeding to the list of active proceedings. Just uncheck the box next to the information “Completed proceeding (final report has been submitted)” during the editing of the proceeding.
