How to add files on tasks?

In Infino Legal, you can add files to tasks. If you assign someone to prepare a document, you can see the versions of that file on the task, and additionally, you can monitor the progress of the task. Moreover, you can add new file versions and comment on them so that the person responsible for the task knows what to change or whether the document has been approved.

You can add files to tasks in two ways.

Add a file to a task

The first method is to add a file to a task. To do this:

  4. Then, drag and drop, paste, or select a file from your computer by clicking the “Browse files” option.
  5. The file has been attached to the task.

You can add any number of files. Files added in this way are also available in the “Files” tab of the case.

  2. Expand the “Shared files” field and click the three-dot icon next to the file name.
  3. Select the “Add a new version” option and upload the new file.
